Oldy but Goody 14

Dandelion Dandy

The background Designer Series Paper isn't too old, but the sentiment stamp is from quite a few years back. It makes a nice every day card to send to a friend.

It is a fairly simple layout from Mojo Monday.

Have a beautiful day!

Oldy but Goody 13

 Bootiful Day

This stamp set and paper appealed to me because I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest where there is so much rain. Many days I wished for brighter days.

This paper and stamp sets aren't too far back in history, maybe 2021 or 2022.

Another Mojo Monday card layout on a 5" x 5" card base.

Have a blessed day!

Oldy but Goody 12

 Warm and Friendly

This background paper is from a long time back, probably 2010 or earlier. I am trying to use up all the paper that I have accumulated. I'm thinking maybe I should start making bigger cards to use the papers faster!

Have you looked for Mojo Monday card layouts yet? This is another one. Sometimes I look at the card layouts and I think that I might just pass on it, but if I go ahead and try the layout it usually works out better than I thought it would. Sometimes the layout that I didn't think I liked becomes one of the best cards.

I hope your day is full of crafts and fun!

Oldy but Goody #11

 Under the Sea

One thing that I like about Stampin' Up! is that Designer Series Paper from years ago will still coordinate with more recent papers, as in this example. The background papers were from quite a few years ago and the seahorse paper is from quite recent.

Again, I used a Mojo Monday card layout.

Have a blessed day!

Oldy but Goody #10

Bright Blooms

I used the vellum and the basket weave embossing folder on this card also.

Even though these Mojo Monday card layouts are from many years ago, they are still great card layouts. I think you can still find them on the internet in pdf form. I printed mine off years ago and put them in a binder so that I would have quick access to them and could place them on my desk as I work with them.

Happy Stamping!

Blue Blooms

The basket weave background is embossed vellum. It gives the card a softer look than white cardstock would have given it.

The card layout is another Mojo Monday design.

Enjoy some crafting today!

Circle it Blue!

This is another Mojo Monday card layout. It was a struggle for me to come up with this design but I like the way it turned out.

Happy crafting!

 Little Things

I like this Stampin' Up! sentiment for a thank you card. I know people who do a lot of little things around the church and it really makes a difference. It doesn't always have to be a big thing that makes a big difference and it is nice to recognize those people who do the little things, too.

Have a wonderful day!

Blue Beauty

Another one of the blue cards...it's a blue streak!

This blue paper came in a 6" x 6" size pack. The pack included some die cuts (the green leaf is one of them) and some embossed papers. It was something a little different from Stampin' Up!

Happy Valentine's Day. Have a love filled day!

Hello in Blue

Mojo Monday card layout using Stampin' Up! supplies.

Small pieces of Designer Series paper can be used together to create beautiful cards. Stampin' Up!s DSP is created to coordinate beautifully with their cardstock and other papers in each pack.

Oldy but Goody #4

 Blue Blossoms

This pack of paper had the blues. It made beautiful cards and you will see more of this paper in the near future. I made at least 6 different cards with this paper.

Did you know that if you cut a pack of Designer Series Paper into 4" x 5 1/4" pieces it will make backgrounds for 72 cards?! That is a lot of cards from one pack of paper. If you use smaller pieces on cards you can make even more!

Pretty Posies in a Row

Well, the color didn't turn out well on this photo, I needed better lighting. It is actually Night Of Navy and white. Oh well, I'll try to do better next time.

More retired Stampin' Up! products with another Mojo Monday card layout.

Have a crafty day!

 Charming Carnations

Shiny paper from several years ago. I like the metallic papers, but sometimes I have a difficult time figuring out how to use them on my cards. I think it added a touch of elegance to this card.

I used another Mojo Monday card layout.

Blackberry Beauty Just Because Card

It is another blustery day. I went out to the garden and harvested my beets. It is getting colder and colder at night. Now I have the task of canning them so that I will have beets on my salads during the winter months. I guess beets are one of those vegetables that you either love, or you avoid. I love them.

Today's card is number 9 from the One-Sheet-Wonder set. It is a card that doesn't need a reason to be sent...send it any time to anyone. It's beautiful, they'll love it.

This is the One-Sheet-Wonder layout that I have been using for this set of 10 cards.

These are the products that I used:

Blackberry Bliss cardstock

Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper

Gold Foil cardstock

Gold Embossing powder

Layering Circle dies

VersaMark watermark ink pad

Blackberry Beauty Encouragement Card

Oh my, we have had so much rain in the last 24 hours! I think it is trying to make up for the 18 months of drought all in one day. Plus the wind has been blowing and it's not a pleasant day to be outside.

That means more time to stamp!

Here's another card that I created with the One-Sheet-Wonder layout.

I intended to post this yesterday, but sometimes I just get distracted by other things. Does that ever happen to you!

Here's the One-Sheet-Wonder layout for reference.

Products I used on this card:

Blackberry Bliss cardstock

Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper

Gold Foil cardstock

Gold embossing powder

Versamark Watermark ink pad

Layering Circles dies

Elegantly Said stamp set

Have a spectacular Fall day!
