Jeannie sent me this cute card that has fall colored hearts falling from the tree. Isn't it cute?
Thanks for joining me for Friday Friend Share this week and thanks, Jeannie, for the interesting card.

Thanksgiving Card in a Box
Have you tried making one of these? The first one I created was at a demonstrator meeting and it took at least an hour to make. I decided they were too labor intensive and that I wouldn't make another one.
But here I am, trying again. I can't say that the process was any less time consuming. Maybe it just takes practice. The actual card in a box base is not very hard to create. But, trying to decide how to decorate it and place the elements is what makes it time consuming for me. I'm not sure if I will keep trying or just give it up. I have seen some really wonderful examples on Pinterest.
Products I used:
Lovely as a Tree stamp set
Papillion Potpourri stamp set
Acorny Thank You stamp set
Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set
Elegant Butterfly punch
Bitsy Butterfly punch
Leaflets Framelits
Chocolate Chip cardstock
Crumb Cake cardstock
Tangerine Tango cardstock
Delightful Dijon cardstock
Daffodil Delight cardstock
Peekaboo Peach cardstock
So Saffron cardstock
Cajun Craze cardstock
Chocolate Chip Classic Stampin' ink
I would love to hear about your adventures if you have tried making this type of card! I love reading your comments.
Have a blessed day,
Trude

Fall Bike Ride Scrapbook Pages
Here are the pages that Susie and I created for our bike trip photos.
The leaves are cut with the Autumn Accents Big Shot Bigz die from Whisper White paper that was spritzed with different colors of reinker ink and rubbing alcohol in Stampin' Spritzers.
I stamped the swirl from Everything Eleanor stamp set several places and added the leaves on top. The title letters are cut with a Sizzix letter set called Bounce.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Have a Blessed day,
Trude

I used a retired Stampin' Up! stamp border along the bottom of this card.

Simple Stampin' Card Day
The first card's embellishment was made by heating a square of Fun Foam with an embossing tool and stamping it with a dragonfly stamp.
The second card has punched out spots on the right edge and on a separate card I placed a piece of double sided tape. The separate card is adhered to the inside front and then the double sided tape that shows through is sprinkled with glitter. I also trimmed the bottom of the card front so that the separate card sticks out and creates a contrasting border.

Falling Leaves card
The rust background is sprayed with copper smooch spray before attaching to the card base for this card. Then I cut 4 tan squares, rounded the corners, stamped leaves and "Fall" on them and adhered them to the rust paper. I used a Spellbinder die to die cut the leaf and then embossed it with the same Spellbinder die. I rubbed some ink across the embossed veins and adhered it to the center of the card front. Easy. Done.
