I'm still having fun with the papers that are in the Spring Occasions catalog. Here I used them with one of the stamp sets that are in the new catalog which goes live on June 2nd. The stamp set is Friendly Wishes.
The paper is Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper. It was such a pretty paper set that it is already sold out!
I used the new Treat Bag thinlit die to cut out the little bag that the card slips into.
I am anxious to get some new papers to make some projects with, but for now I have several cards that I am going to share and they are mostly created with retiring products. I know that many of you have a bunch of the papers and stamp sets though, so you can still make them. If you don't have the same papers and stamp sets, then you can use the ideas in new and creative ways! That's what I like about crafting, there are as many ways to recreate an idea as there are people to create them.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Have a blessed day,
Trude

Owl Builder Punch Tag
Are you back home after your crazy rush to get good deals on Christmas presents during Black Friday? Do you need some ideas for gift tags for those presents? Here's a cute one. I made it with the Stampin' Up! owl builder punch. I also used the top of the Stampin' Up! pennant punch to punch a hat for him.
To get the bottom of the Santa suit...the white border, you need to punch a shallow crescent (the bottom of the owls clothes) on the edge of a white strip of card stock and then punch again a fraction of an inch in from the edge of the first scallop. That gives you the small white crescent to attach to the bottom of the Santa suit.
While you're looking for Black Friday deals, check out Stampin' Up!s sale. The sales don't end with Black Friday, they are good through the 38th of November.
I have 2 more cute gift tags that I created with Stampin' Up!s Four Seasons hostess stamp set that I will be posting tomorrow.
What stamp set would you like to see me make Christmas tags with?
