It has been awhile since I have done much with the Stampin' Up! Secret Garden set so I thought that this would be the perfect card on which to use it. It looks like spring to me! I hope you're not getting tired of the spring cards already. I know this isn't the first one that I have created. Yesterday was a little break from all the flowers.
This card is for The Paper Players sketch challenge.
This is the first time I have used this new honeycomb die. I have to use it more often. I have seen so many cute cards created with it. Have you made any cards with this die yet?
I used these supplies:
Daffodil Delight card stock
Crushed Curry card stock
Whisper White card stock
Gumball Green card stock
Secret Garden stamp set
Backyard Basics stamp set
Sassy Salutations stamp set
Secret Garden dies
Backyard Basics dies
Calypso Coral Classic Stampin' ink pad
Stazon Jet Black ink
Stampin' Sponges
Deco Labels Collection
Hexagon Hive thinlits die

Hello Spring! Banner
It is officially spring! It may not look like it where you are, and there was frost on all the roof tops here, this morning, but it is spring! I noticed many blooming trees on my way to and from the gym this morning. Love it!
I made this spring banner with the new pennants framelits that are in the Stampin' Up! spring occasions catalog.
I pulled out quite a few stamp sets that have flowers in them. The main stamp set I used was Backyard Basics. I also used Flower Shop, Secret Garden and a flower from the free Sale-A-Bration set, Petal Parade.
I used framelits for almost everything. I didn't use them for the large flowers on the banner ends, but I could have. Secret Garden does have the matching framelits. I used the pennant framelits for the banner bases. Then I used Apothecary Accent framelits for the letter bases. The letters themselves are a Spellbinder die set. Then I used the Backyard Basics framelit set for most of the pennant accents. It sure made the banner go together faster to use the Big Shot to do all that cutting!

Secret Garden Card
A Freshly Made Sketches layout was used for this card.
I used the Secret Garden Stamp Set to stamp the flowers on Designer Series Paper.
Take a look at the other cards made with this sketch. Many wonderful ideas.
Other than the Basic White card stock, I used 2013 In-Colors. They are scheduled to go away at the end of May-2013.

Secret Garden Gift Set
Here's my new tutorial for January 2013.
I used the Secret Garden stamp set from Stampin' Up! for the flowers and the sentiments are from a stamp set that will be available during Sale-a-bration that starts on January 22nd and continues through March 22nd. The set is called Bloomin' Marvelous and it is going to be one of my favorites. The sayings fit perfectly in the Large Oval punch.
If you need a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I would love to be your demonstrator!
Have a great day,
Trude
