This star paper in the Irresistibly yours Designer Series Paper pack is just one of 6 designs and there are 2 sheets of each design.
Products I used:

Markers- Tempting Turquoise, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight
Stamp Sets- Big News, Be the Star
Other- Stampin' Sponges, star rhinestones
This card says Thank you on the inside, but It would make a great encouragement card for a child that has done a great job, or a congratulations card for a promotion.
Have a blessed day,
Trude

Something Lacy Birthday Card
Stampin' Up! has a new background lace stamp. I really haven't had enough time to play with the one that they introduced in the Annual catalog last summer, but here it is, another lace background. I'm not complaining, except about the lack of time to play with them! I think the lace backgrounds are elegant and I like elegant cards.
The stamp is called Something Lacy. Here's the first card that I made with the stamp. I used the emboss resist technique.
This picture makes the Blackberry Bliss card stock almost appear black, it is a deep purple, very beautiful.
I stamped the Something Lacy stamp on Whisper White card stock with White craft ink and White embossing powder. Then I used Blushing Bride, Pink Pirouette, and Wisteria Wonder to color the piece. I rubbed the color in with Stampin' Sponges.
Enjoy the day!

Feeling Sentimental Greeting Card
The phone booth is from the Feeling Sentimental stamp set.
This is a fun technique card. The background paper is lightly sponged with red. The black dots are punched with the 3/8" circle punch.
For the phone booth I used the emboss resist technique. I stamped the phone booth on a piece of Real Red card stock using VersaMark ink and clear embossing powder. Then I used a sponge dauber to heavily ink the piece with Basic Black Classic Stampin' ink. The final step is to polish the embossed image with a paper towel to remove any traces of ink.

Emboss Resist Technique
I like this technique. I embossed a white card with a swirl background stamp using Versamark Ink and clear embossing powder. Then I took a tri-color ink pad and rubbed it over the embossed card. It looks like summer in the citrus colors.
Beautiful and fun.
