Here's a card from Kim. She used a quote from Georgia O'Keefe to set the theme for the design of the card. That is a common technique, pick out the sentiment and then design the card. Works great, as you can see, for design inspiration.

She used a stamp from Stampin' Up!'s Work of Art stamp set to create the palette of colors.

This card was created by my friend, Betty. Isn't is great what you can do with a few pieces of paper and some cute embellishments? I think it would be a great way to use up some of the scraps that I just can't seem to part with. I'm not short on extra embellishments either. 

How about you, could you use some inspiration for some of your scraps? I have a board for tags on my Pinterest site and I think the craft board has some bookmarks. That's two ways to use up some of the scraps!
