Gingham Garden Encouragement Card

I created a card for the Sunday Stamps Challenge that continued the use of the Gingham Garden DSP. The Gingham Garden paper pack is perfect for spring cards and other paper projects. It will be fun to see what new spring papers that Stampin' Up! will have in the new catalog when it comes out in June.

I used the bird from the Backyard Basics set and then when I checked the retired list this morning I found out that the Backyard Basic set is sold out and no longer available. I like this bird because it is realistic and can be colored in so many ways.

  4. Very nice spring feeling card. I love the combination of elements you used in the middle. I wouldn't have thought to use a border punch - it works perfectly! Thanks for playing with us at Sunday Stamps.
