I have had this new Stampin' Up! Hide Tide Designer Series paper for a month now and haven't had the inspiration to use it. When I saw today's Mojo Monday challenge I knew that I could use this paper.
Tip- It is easier to position the letters if you stamp them on your paper strip and then turn your punch over to frame the letter before you punch it out.
Supplies I used:
Open Sea stamp set
ABC-123 Sketched Letters and Numbers stamp set
pennant punch
2 1/2" circle punch
Starburst framelits
High Tide Designer Series paper
Pacific Point Classic Stampin' ink pad
Calypso Coral Classic Stampin' ink pad
Summer Starfruit Classic Stampin' ink pad
Basic Black Classic Stampin' ink pad
Calypso Coral card stock
Pacific Point card stock
Summer Starfruit card stock
Calypso Coral Baker's Twine
Thanks for checking my blog out today!

Thanks Mate Mojo Monday Card
It's Monday, and that means that there is another Mojo Monday sketch to try. This week I am combining it with the Paper Players theme challenge, thank you cards.
I thought I would use some nautical Stampin' Up! stamps with this sketch. How often do you see a masculine thank you card? Well, I thought I would give it a try. What do you think?
I'm really lovin' the new Stampin' Up! Hardwood stamp. I'll try not to use it too much, but the size of the grain is just perfect for card-making. It doesn't overwhelm the other elements on the card.
I used the ship and the compass rose from the Open Sea stamp set. The banner, sentiment and circle outline around the compass rose are all from the Settin' Sail photopolymer stamp set.
It was fun to see Bulgaria, Italy and Netherlands stopped by to check out my blog. And thanks for leaving comments. I enjoy reading what you have to say.
