Tuesday Tutorial # 10 Bleach Technique Greeting Card

Today's Tutorial uses a technique that I've only used a few times, but one of my friends is an expert and has even had an article published in Rubberstamp Madness. She creates stunning cards using this technique. In this technique you bleach the color out of colored card stock and then you use markers, watercolors, colored pencils or any other method of recoloring the bleached area. You can also just bleach stamped pieces and leave them as is without recoloring.
